• delete area

From Tommi Koivula@2:221/1.1 to All on Sunday, March 25, 2018 16:11:12
    Hi All.

If another link (like the uplink of this point) wants to delete an area with "~area", how do I allow it? It's probably in the docs, but I cannot find it.

-area only unlinks him from that area.
With ~area he can delete the area if he has the rights to do so.

Yes, but how do I configure my hpt to allow the deletion?

LinkGrp for the link that deletes an area must be the same as EchoArea's -g <group>. See AdvancedAreafix, UnsubscribeOnAreaDelete, LinkGrp in hpt.html. But
    I've never tested it.

    I do not use this.
But I assume the link needs a high enough level and the correct linkgrp.

Hmm, ok. I have no LinkGrps at all. Have to check that. AdvancedAreafix and UnsubscribeOnAreaDelete should be ok.

    Thanks.

As Michael suggested, adding LinkGrp made it work. :)
